Application submitted by Carolyn Baker The purpose of the public meeting is to consider an application to change the zoning on a 222 m2 (2,389 ft2) parcel of land from a Village Residential (R1) Zone to the Site- Specific Village Residential (R1-XX) in Zoning By-law Z456-2003. The zone change is to permit the reconstruction and reorientation of a single detached dwelling. The subject lands are located at 8 Robinson Street, east side, south of Brock Street, in the Village of Port Burwell. The effect of the by-law will be to allow for the replacement of a dwelling in disrepair and to recognize the reduced lot area, no lot frontage and reduced lot setbacks. B. Application submitted by Dion Gale The purpose of the public meeting is to consider an application to change the zoning on a 2,266 m2 (0.5 acres) parcel of land from a Village Residential (R2) Zone to the Village Residential (R1) to permit a single detached dwelling use on the lands in Zoning By-law Z456-2003. The subject lands are located at 27 Ann Street, south side, at the corner of Union Street, in the Village of Vienna. The effect of the by-law will be to allow a single detached dwelling to be constructed in a residential area currently intended for a higher density residential use. 5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION 6. AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers in Straffordville to consider a proposed Zoning By-law amendment under Section 34 of the PLANNING ACT. IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Municipality of Bayham before the by-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so. IF YOU WISH to be notified of the adoption of the proposed amendment, you must make a written request to the undersigned.
