Good morning Paul,
I am forwarding you this correspondence from Michael Goodyear (Trail Development Manager,
Eastern Canada TCT). I had a discussion with Michael this past week in respect to the planning
and protection of the Trans Canada Trail (Lakeshore line and Clarke Road) erosion
issues. Please note his email response below and could you please add this as an addendum
to my correspondence at the Council meeting this Thursday.

As discussed, TCT is interested in with making sure The Great Trail in your neighborhood
remains connected and safe. If there is a threat/concern related to these items and a plan to
resolve them is needed or can be implemented I would be happy to discuss things with you
further.

Dear Representatives of the Trans Canada Trail
I am sharing this attached letter addressed to the upcoming Public meet with the Municipality of
Bayham in regards to the Lakeshore Line Erosion Response Strategy. Myself and other
property owners have addressed our concerns in regards to the affected areas of Lakeshore
Line and Clarke Road(Trans Canada Trail routes) just east of Port Burwell.
I have attached the link to the Public notice Memorandum for you review, please take the time
to read through our concerns and should you have any questions, direction and insight into this
matter, please feel free to contact us.
