ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. Call to Order
Mayor Stephen Molnar called the meeting to order at 9:02 AM.
Moved by: Deputy Mayor David Beres
Seconded by: Councillor Wayne Casier
THAT the Otter Valley Utility Corridor Board of Management adopt the agenda as
presented.
CARRIED
2. Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest
Councillor Wayne Casier declared an interest on the section of the Utility Corridor south
of Calton Line as he owns the abutting property.
3. Report CAO-37/18 re Utility Corridor Fencing & Gates
Moved by: Councillor Jim Hayes
Seconded by: Councillor Wayne Casier
THAT Report CAO-37/18 re Utility Corridor Fencing & Gates be received for information;
AND THAT staff be directed to proceed with work as per Report CAO-37/18.

4. Next Meeting
The next meeting will be at the call of the Chair.
