I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z666-2017 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham Read a First and
Second time and Third Reading and finally passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 2nd
day of November 2017 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34 of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 23rd day of November 2017 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office
of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z666-2017 is in full force and effect.

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning
By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 25.4.4
Exceptions — Site-specific Open Space (0S2-4) Zone for the lands by deleting clause 25.4.4.2 and
replacing it with the following and adding clauses 25.4.4.4 25.4.4.5 and 25.4.4.6 the following clauses:
25.4.4.2 Permitted Uses
One-single detached dwelling, and accessory buildings used exclusively for the storage
of personal items and material related to permitted uses, in addition to all other uses
permitted in the OS Zone.
25.4.4.4 Maximum Floor Area of Accessory Buildings
300 m2
25.4.4.5 Maximum Height for Accessory Buildings
6.7 metres
25.4.4.6 Minimum Front Yard Setback for Accessory Buildings
34.0 metres
2) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time;
or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by
the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF NOVEMBER 2017.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF NOVEMBER 2017.
