CALLTO ORDER Mayor Ens called the public meeting to order for Application A- Boeder at 7:30 p.m. and asked those in attendance for this Planning Public Meeting regarding an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment to place their name and contact information on the sign-in sheet provided at the podium 2. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared. 3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING The Chairman stated the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment. 4. PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT Application submitted by A. Boeder THE PURPOSE of this public meeting is to consider an application to change the land use designation on 1,738 m2 (0.4 acres) of land from "Institutional" to "Residential" in the Official Plan of the Municipality of Bayham; and to change the zoning on the same lands from Institutional (I) Zone to Village Residential (R1) Zone in Zoning By-law Z456-2003. The subject lands are located on the east side of Snow Street, south side of Fulton Street known as 14 Snow Street in the Village of Vienna. THE EFFECT of the By-law will be to allow residential use on the lands in the former Edison Museum building 2017 Planning Meeting Minutes - Boeder October 19, 2017 5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION Adrian Boeder, owner of 14 Snow Street, advised the application is to change the zoning on the property to residential. 6. CORRESPONDENCE Deputy ClerkiPlanning Coordinator M. Underhill advised no written correspondence was received. 7. ADJOURNMENT Moved by: Councillor Southwick Seconded by: Councillor Breyer THAT the Draft Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law be considered at the meeting scheduled for November 2, 2017. AND THAT pursuant to the Planning Act requirements, the Public Meeting for Application A— Boeder be adjourned at 7:37 p.m. CARRIED MA Ygij L
