By-Law No. 490 -- Village of Vienna
April 4th Session, 1949.
Moved by Hugh Pace.
Seconded by Geo. Wootton.
That all dogs in the Village of Vienna must be kept on their owners' premises at all
times, also the owner of any dog or dogs doing damage to other people's property shall
he liable for said damage.
Also any dog caught running at large contrary to said By-lam• shall he destroyed ac-
cording to the Dog Tax and Live Stock Protection Act. Carried.

THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE CF VIENNA
A -law to approve of the borrowing
of 573,000.00 by the Town of
Tillsonburg upon debentures for the
erection and equipment of a new
High School Building
WHEREAS the Tillsonburg High School Area Board has
applied to the Corporation of the Village of Vienna for its
approval of the borrowing of Five Hundred and Seventy-three
Thousand Dollars ($ 573,000.00) upon debentures to be issues
by the Town of Tillsonburg for a term of twenty years for the
purpose of erection and equipment of a High School Building
for the Tillsonburg High School Area.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg is passing a Ey-law, copy of which is
hereto attached, for the purpose of the said borrowing and
issuing debentures and is arranging for the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Bcard in respect thereof.
THEREFORE the Council of the Villageoof Vienna
enacts as follows:-
1. The Corporation of the Village of Vienna hereby
approves of the said borrowing of Five Hundred and Seventy-
three Thousand Dollars ($573,000.00).
2. That commencing in the year of 1950, and in every
year thereafter in which an instalment of principal of the
said debt and interest become due, the Corporation shall
levy and raise its share of the said prinsip l :Knott interest
and any other expenses in connection therewith as determined
in accordance with the provisions of the High Schools Act or
any amendment, substitution or any other law which may he in
force from time to time upon all of the rateable property of
