Long Point Region Conservation Authority re National Disaster Mitigation Program Moved by: Councillor Casier Seconded by: Councillor Breyer THAT Long Point Region Conservation Authority correspondence re National Disaster Mitigation Program be received for information; AND THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham supports the Long Point Region Conservation Authority proposal to apply to the National Disaster Mitigation Program for funding assistance to make improvements to its Flood Forecasting and Warning System CARRIED B. Long Point Region Conservation Authority re Municipal Appointment to Long Point Region Conservation Authority Moved by: Councillor Ketchabaw Seconded by: Councillor Breyer THAT Long Point Region Conservation Authority correspondence re Municipal Appointment to Long Point Region Conservation Authority be received for information; AND THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham appoints Wayne Casier to the Board of Directors for the Long Point Region Conservation Authority effective December 1, 2017 for the final year of the current municipal term subject to confirmation from the Township of Malahide for support of the appointment. By-Law No. 2017-101 Being a By-law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Ramona Peidl for the provision of public space receptacles and East Beach washroom maintenance (This by-law follows the recommendation made in Report CAO-66/17 by Paul Shipway, CAO/Clerk during the regular meeting of September 21, 2017) C.
