I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z657-2017 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 16th day of March 2017 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 6th day of April 2017 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z657-2017 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE

BY-LAW NO. Z657-2017

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 6.12 Exceptions — Special Agricultural (A2) Zone for the retained agricultural
lands by adding the following clauses:
6.12.13.1 Defined Area
A2-13 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 4 to this By-law.
6.12.13.2 Minimum Lot Area
19.5 hectares
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 7.12 Exceptions — Special Rural Residential (RR-31) Zone by adding the
following clauses:
7.13.31.1 Defined Area
RR-31 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 4 to this By-law.
7.13.31.2 Prohibited Uses
Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 7.11.1 of the By-law, the
keeping of livestock shall be prohibited.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map No. 4 by changing the zoning symbol on the surplus farm dwelling
lands from Agricultural (A1) Zone to Special Rural Residential (RR-31) Zone and the
retained farm parcel from Agricultural (A1) Zone to Special Agricultural (A2-13) Zone,
which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-31 and A2-13 on Schedule
"A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or

b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 16th DAY OF MARCH 2017.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY OF MARCH 2017.
