I, Margaret Underhill, Deputy Clerk and Planning Coordinator hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z653-2016 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the rd day of February 2017 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 23rd day of February 2017 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office
of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z653-2016 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO. Z653-2016
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"I", by deleting from the Institutional (I) Zone, and adding to the Urban Industrial (M4- ) Zone,
those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked M4-5 on Schedule "A" to this By-law,
which schedules are attached to and form part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending adding the
following to Section 23.13 Exception-Industrial(M4)Zone
23.13.5
23.13.5.1 Defined Area
M4-5 as shown on Schedule"I"to this By-law.
23.13.5.2 Prohibited Uses
Agricultural industrial establishments
Animal Hospitals
Commercial Fishing Operations
Industrial Use, General;
Light industrial operations and services outside of existing buildings or inside storage
containers
23.13.5.3 Minimum Side Yard Width
Abutting the residential zone to the north 3.0m
23.13.5.4 Storage
Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 21.10 b) Storage, outdoor storage of boats,
recreational vehicles, and similar recreational equipment may be permitted in the side and
rear yards abutting a residential zone where the minimum setback to the stored material is
3.0 m and a 1.8 m high opaque fence is constructed and maintained around the area to be
used for storage.
Outdoor storage of prefabricated steel storage containers shall be permitted for the
purpose of rental to the public and shall have a minimum side yard and rear yard setback
of 4.5 m and a maximum height of 3.0 m
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
Z653-2016
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 6th DAY OF OCTOBER 2016.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 6" DAY OF OCTOBER 2016.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2"d DAY OF FEBRUARY 2017.
