THAT Report DS-05/17 regarding Consent applications E6/17, E7/17 and E8/17 submitted by
Marinus Rodenburg be received for information;
AND THAT Council recommend to the Elgin County Land Division Committee that Consent
Application E6/17, submitted by Marinus Rodenburg, be granted subject to the following
conditions:
1. Rezoning to address holding h1/h4 provisions and the oversized nature of the
existing shop/metal barn
2. Planning report fee payable to the municipality for applications E6-8/17
3. Copy of the final survey (paper and digitally) provided to the municipality
4. Water quality testing reports for nitrates and bacteria content meeting the Provincial
standards for residential use, as a matter of public health and safety
5. Water quantity testing report meeting the Provincial standards for residential use, as
a matter of public health and safety
6. Petition for Drainage to connect to the municipal Corinth Drain for outlet
7. Grading Plan
8. Confirmation of the location of the septic field bed and well
AND THAT Council recommend to the Elgin County Land Division Committee that Consent
Application E7/17, submitted by Marinus Rodenburg, be granted subject to the following
conditions:

2. Copy of the final survey (paper and digitally) provided to the municipality
3. Cash-in-Lieu parkland dedication fee
4. Water quality testing reports for nitrates and bacteria content meeting the Provincial
standards for residential use, as a matter of public health and safety

matter of public health and safety
6. Petition for Drainage to connect to the municipal Corinth Drain for outlet

enforcement.

Municipality of Bayham (12 Snow Street)
