Report DS-05/17 by Margaret Underhill, Deputy Clerk I Planning Coordinator re Consent Applications E6/17, E7/17 and E8/17 Rodenburg Moved by: Councillor Casier Seconded by: Councillor Breyer THAT Report DS-05/17 regarding Consent applications E6/17, E7/17 and E8/17 submitted by Marinus Rodenburg be received for information; AND THAT Council recommend to the Elgin County Land Division Committee that Consent Application E6/17, submitted by Marinus Rodenburg, be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. Rezoning to address holding h1/h4 provisions and the oversized nature of the existing shop/metal barn 2. Planning report fee payable to the municipality for applications E6-8/17 3. Copy of the final survey (paper and digitally) provided to the municipality 4. Water quality testing reports for nitrates and bacteria content meeting the Provincial standards for residential use, as a matter of public health and safety 5. Ray Talbot re speed limit on Vienna Line Moved by: Councillor Casier Seconded by: Councillor Breyer THAT correspondence from Ray Talbot to lower the speed limit of Vienna Line from Richmond Road to Vienna be received for information: AND THAT staff be directed to send correspondence to OPP to request increased speed limit enforcement. Straffordville Hall Foundation re Straffordville Community Centre kitchen Moved by: Councillor Breyer Seconded by: Councillor Ketchabaw THAT correspondence from Straffordville Hall Foundation re Straffordville Community Centre kitchen be received for information: AND THAT staff be directed to look into costs involved in making the servery a functional kitchen and report back to Council. BY-LAWS A. By-Law 2017-017 Being a By-law to authorize the execution of an Encroachment Agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Jushua Matheson and Ryan Vanwynsberghe B. By-Law 2017-018 Being a By-law to authorize the sale of lands owned by the Municipality of Bayham (12 Snow Street) Moved by: Councillor Casier Seconded by: Councillor Breyer THAT By-Laws 2017-017 and 2017-018 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
