The subject lands are located in the hamlet of Eden on the south side of Eden Line, west of Plank Road known as 56967 Eden Line. THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to allow auction sales, retail and restaurant and food service use by changing the zoning on 3289 m2 (0.8 acre) of lands currently zoned Institutional (I) to Special Hamlet Commercial Site-specific (HC-XX) Zone. 5. AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers, 56169 Heritage Line, Straffordville to consider a proposed Zoning By-law amendment under Section 34 of the PLANNING ACT. THE PURPOSE of this By-law is to change the zoning regulations on a 3289 m2 (0.8 acre) parcel in the Institutional (I) Zone to a Special Hamlet Commercial Site-specific (HC-XX) Zone in Zoning By-law Z456-2003. ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make a written or verbal representation in support of or in opposition to the proposed amendment. IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Municipality of Bayham before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham to the Ontario Municipal Board. IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Municipality of Bayham before the by-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so. IF YOU WISH to be notified of the adoption of the proposed amendment, you must make a written request to the undersigned.
