a) Cemetery By-law 2015-116—Approved by the Bereavement Authority of
Ontario. Open to discussion from board members.
7.2 Action Required
a) 2017 Maintenance
Please bring, or provide in advance a written listing of maintenance works
(tree trimming and removal, requested to be conducted in 2017. The
Municipality will issue a single RFP for the works.
b) 2016 spreadsheet regarding individual cemetery interest rate
calculations and interest income cheques to be handed out by the
Treasurer.
c) Treasurer's review of annual reporting requirements for discussion.
(A copy will be provided for each Secretary-Treasurer)
d) 2016 invoices for reimbursement to the Municipality for grass cutting
costs to be handed out by Treasurer, yet to be drafted. Will contact board
secretary when ready.
e) Review of grass cutting for 2017
