Deputy Mayor Southwick called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

AND THAT Council recommend to the Elgin County Land Division Committee that
Consent Applications E63-66/16, submitted by James Crane, be granted each subject
to the following conditions:
1. Grading plan
2. Municipal lot assessment for private septic system

THAT correspondence from County of Elgin re Library Facility Leases be received for
information;
AND THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham agrees to renewal of the lease for the
Straffordville and Port Burwell branches of the Elgin County Library for a term of January 1,
2017 to December 31, 2022 under section 2.2.1 of the current lease governing use of the
facility.
