The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayharz-i, was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, September 16, 1999, in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy
Mayor John Nezezon, and Councillors David Mason, Mathew Schafer and Cliff Evanitski and
Clerk Lynda Millard.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Max Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

There was no disclosure of pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof.

AND THAT the Winter Control Agreement for Nightly Patrols with Promow Lawn
Services Inc. be terminated immediately and that staff be directed to forward
written notification to Promow Lawn Services Inc. advising them that their services
are no longer required by the Municipality of Bayham;
AND THAT agreements be drafted to obtain services of Steve Laemers for plowing,
salting/sanding in the Village of Port Burwell, Ken Herron for plowing in the Village
of Vienna and Bob Cain for plowing in the Hamlets of Straffordville and Eden;
