The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, August 2, 2001 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy
Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Mathew Schafer and Cliff Evanitski,
Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard, Co-ordinator of Planning Michael Graves and
Treasurer Richard Faber.
The Clerk left Council Chambers during discussion of Item 11.1(d).
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held July 19, 2001. (It was noted that the Mover for
Resolution# 2001-336 should be L. Acre not C. Evanitski).

AND THAT Council approve the proposed Parade Route;
AND THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham hereby requests permission
from the County of Elgin to use Plank Road from Third Street, south to Heritage
Line and Heritage Line west to the Bayham Community Centre on Saturday August
25,2001 between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. during the Parade in Straffordville;
AND THAT the Bayham Public Works Department co-ordinate traffic safety and
control with the Fire Department."

to Council for enactment."

Taxes shall be levied for the year 2001,the Current Estimates for year 2001,to
establish a final Tax Levy for the year 2001,to adopt Tax Rates,provide for Penalty
and Interest in default of payment and the collection thereof, be presented to Council
for enactment."
