The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, June 21, 2001 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy
Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Mathew Schafer and Cliff Evanitski,
Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard, Co-ordinator of Planning Services Michael
Graves, Chief Building Official/Drainage Superintendent Dwayne Daniel.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL
NATURE THEREOF
There was no disclosure of pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof

None
Addition of Items to the Agenda
The Clerk requested the addition of correspondence from St. Luke's Guild,Deputy
Mayor Acre requested addition of correspondence from the Township of Stirling-
Rawdon, and the Administrator requested the addition of the disposal of a 1972
International fire vehicle. These Items were added as 8.1(c), 9.1(d) and 9.1(e)
respectively.

reduction of the reduced speed zone on Culloden Road, nor the increase in speed
limit;
AND THAT Bayham Council does not support the proposed changes to limits
affecting Heritage Line in Straffordville."

Straffordville Minor Baseball to use the Bayham Community Centre Ball Park on
July 27,28 and 29 for a Fastball Tournament including a beer tent, subject to
meeting the requirements of the Municipal Alcohol Policy including those listed on
the Outdoor Special Occasion Permit Application, and proof of liability insurance
coverage;
THAT all other terms and conditions of the rental agreement remain in effect;
THAT the clean up of the park area and any costs thereof, be the responsibility of
the organizations;
AND THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham designates this event as a
Community Festival."
