The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 9:00 a.m. on
Thursday, April 5, 2001 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor
Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Mathew Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle
Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard and Planning Co-ordinator Michael Graves. Councillor Evanitski
left at approximately 11:00 a.m.

Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Zone to the Estate Residential(ER)Zone and from the Agriculture Designation to the
Estate Residential (R[E]) designation in the Official Plan to allow the creation of three
rural residential lots.

Mr. & Mrs. Redvers Conod owners of"Whispering Hill Kennels" on the abutting
property were present and noted that any potential new owners of the subject property
should be made aware that at times there may be loud noise experienced from the Great
Dane breed of dogs housed at the kennel.

AND THAT By-law No. Z 428-2001, being a By-law to amend the Township of
Bayham Zoning By-law No. 2387 from the Agricultural(Al)Zone to the Estate
Residential (ER)Zone be presented to Council for first and second reading."

AND THAT all other terms and conditions of the rental agreement remain in
effect."

2001, subject to meeting the requirements of the Municipal Alcohol Policy including
those listed on the Outdoor Special Occasion Permit Application;
THAT the Vienna Minor Baseball Association place the appropriate number of
portable outdoor washroom units in place for that week-end;
THAT the clean up of the park area and any costs thereof, be the responsibility of
the Association;
AND THAT all other terms and conditions of the rental agreement remain in
effect."

attend the suggested conference in 2001 and the remaining members in
subsequent years.
2. That the cost of the Police Services Board be distributed based on an
assessment basis."
