Box 160,9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday, January 4,2001 9:00 a.m. Public Meeting(10:00 a.m) The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham, was held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2001 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Mathew Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle Xruger and Clerk Lynda Millard. 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. 2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF There was no disclosure of pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Regular Meeting held December 19,2000 2001-001 Moved by M. Schafer Seconded by D. Mason "THAT the minutes of the regular meeting of the Municipality of Bayham held December 19,2000 be approved." Disposition: Motion Carried Unanimously 4. Council Comments and Questions (a) None (b) Councillor Evanitski questioned whether any proposed design had been submitted and how any effluent would be disposed of As neither question had been addressed, Staff was directed to obtain this information prior to approval by Council. (c) None (d) In response to comments by the Planner, Council directed that the Planner, Applicant and Staff seek to resolve the concerns noted. 6. Adjournment 2001-006 Moved by D. Acre "THAT the application submitted by George and Willy Vermeersch to rezone a parcel of land on the north side of Ottergate Line being part of Lot 9, Concession 8 from the Agricultural (Al)Zone to a site specific Farm Industrial (Ml-3) Zone be approved, subject to the applicants receivingll severance for the.subject property; AND THAT By-law No. Z 426-2001 be presented to Council for enactment."
