Box 160,9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday, October 17, 2002 7:00 p.m. The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard and Chief Building Official Dwayne Daniel.
