Box 160, 9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday, October 3,2002 7:00 p.m. The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard and Planning Coordinator Michael Graves. Councillor David Mason was absent. I. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF None 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Regular Meeting held September 19, 2002 2002-414 Moved by L. Acre Seconded by C. DELEGATIONS (a) 7:00 p.m. --Staff Sergeant Ryan Cox, O.P.P. was present regarding policing update and concerns raised by Port Burwell residents. He introduced Acting Sergeant Robin Brocanier who will be working with the Community Policing Committee. Officer Dennis Harwood was also present.
