Senior of the Year Presentation to Delphine Hayward
The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, September 19, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy
Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillor David Mason, Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard,
Planning Coordinator Michael Graves and Chief Building Official Dwayne Daniel. Councillors
Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski were absent.

Mayor Max Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

SENIOR OF THE YEAR AWARD PRESENTATION
Mayor Max Stewart presented Delphine Hayward with the Senior of the Year Award for
2002,and thanked her for her volunteer efforts in the Port Burwell/Bayham community.

Drain Extension and Branch "A", be received;
AND THAT Council accept the tender for provision of drainage works, subject to
the appeal process, set out in the Form of Tender for the Sproul Municipal Drain
Extension and Branch "A", as submitted by VanBree Drainage & Bulldozing Ltd.,
in the amount of$63,804.10 (inclusive of taxes),with work to commence on or
before October 1, 2002 and to be fully completed on or before December 10,2002;
AND THAT Provisional By-law 2002-049 be presented for third reading and
enactment;
AND THAT By-law 2002-70, being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute contract documents with VanBree Drainage& Bulldozing Ltd. for the
Sproul Drain Extension and Branch "A", be presented to Council for enactment."
