Box 160, 9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday,September 5,2002 7:00 p.m. Committee of Adjustment- 7:30 p.m. The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski,Administrator Kyle Kruger and Clerk Lynda Millard. Mayor Max Stewart was absent. 1. CALL TO ORDER Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF There was no disclosure of pecuniary interest. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Regular Meeting held August 15, 2002 Minutes of the Special Meeting held August 22, 2002 2002-371 Moved by D. Mason Seconded by M. Evanitski "THAT staff be directed to initiate procedures pursuant to the Municipal Act to close that portion of the Road Allowance between lots 118 & 119 south of Maple Grove Side Road as indicated in Staff Report D2002-36 and convey it to the adjoining property owner, provided the owner pays a $350 administration fee and covers the costs of the survey and legal expenses." A motion was made to amend the above motion as follows: 2002-381 Moved by D. Mason Seconded by M. Schafer "THAT the motion be amended to add that the cost of the conveyance of the property be at the appraised value."
