Box 160, 9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday,August 1,2002 7:00 p.m. The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski,Deputy Clerk Michael Graves, Treasurer Suzanna Mantel and Wastewater Superintendent Ed Roloson. Absent was Administrator Kyle Kruger. 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF None 3. Mason "THAT, in accordance with s.255 of the Municipal Act, RSO 1990, one-third of the remuneration paid to an elected member of council continue to be for expenses incident to the discharge of his/her duties as a member of council in 2003 and beyond." "That the policy for Sewer Surcharge Reductions as outlined in Report F2002-16 be adopted. 2. "That Council approve the sewer surcharge reduction of$826.10 and write off penalty charges in the amount of$41.14 as detailed in staff report F2002-11.
