The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, July 18, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor
Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason,Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle
Kruger, Deputy Clerk Michael Graves, Treasurer Suzanna Mantel.

Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

(a) 7:30 p.m. -Application for a minor variance for a parcel being approximately 0.5
hectares(1.2 acres) situated on the north side of Calton Line,east of Richmond Road,
in Part Lot 4, Concession 4, in the Municipality of Bayham, which was recently
severed and rezoned from the Agricultural (Al)Zone to the Rural Residential (RR)
Zone.
