The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, June 6, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor
Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle
Kruger, Deputy Clerk Michael Graves and Drainage Superintendent/Chief Building Official
Dwayne Daniel.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Whereas a public meeting was held on April 5,2001 regarding the zoning by-law
amendment to zoning by-law 2387; and
Whereas the final passing of the by-law amendment Z428-2001 was deferred until
an Official Plan Amendment was approved; and
Whereas the Official Plan Amendment has now been approved; and
Whereas the zoning by-law amendment Z428-2001 has not been changed since the
public meeting April 5,2001;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED"THAT By-law Z428-2002 be read a third time
and finally passed."
