The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, March 21, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy
Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle Kruger,
Clerk Lynda Millard and Coordinator of Planning Michael Graves. Councillor David Mason
was absent

Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

(b) 7:10 p.m.—Florence Ferris, ratepayer was present to request an adjustment to her sewer
frontage cost allocation due to the irregular shape of her lot.
(c) 8:00 p.m. —Donna Lunn, Elgin Connects was in attendance to provide an overview of
the organization and its efforts to secure financial support through an application to the
Ministry of Energy, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources for
Connect Ontario/Geosmart funding.
