The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, March 7, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart,Deputy
Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski,Administrator Kyle Kruger,
Clerk Lynda Millard, Coordinator of Planning Michael Graves and Drainage Superintendent
Dwayne Daniel. Councillor David Mason was absent
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

as the Coomber Drain Branches"B"and "G";
AND THAT upon adoption of the aforementioned Report, Provisional By-law No.
2002-204 be given first and second reading;
AND THAT Staff be directed to set a date for the first sitting of the Court of
Revision,and distribute copies of the Provisional By-law and Notice of the time and
place of the first sitting of the Court of Revision to the affected parties."

Insurance for the year 2002 from Volunteer Firemen's Insurance Services Inc., to
the benefit levels outlined in Option #3 of their proposal dated January 30, 2002, at
an annual premium of$2,565.
AND FURTHER THAT the current firefighter insurance through Frank Cowan
Company Limited be discontinued."

mandatory connection to municipal sanitary sewers only for buildings within 50
metres of such sewer, the distance being measured from the nearest portion of the
building foundation to the nearest connection point of the sewer;
AND THAT sewer levies as provided in By-law No 2001-85 remain applicable to
such properties regardless of whether connection is actually made."
