Box 160, 9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday, December 19,2002 7:00 p.m. The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillor Matt Schafer, Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard, Co-ordinator of Planning Michael Graves, and By-law Enforcement Assistant Carol Judd. Councillors David Mason and Cliff Evanitski were absent. 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2.
