The regular meeting of Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, May 16, 2002 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy
Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator
Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard, Public Works Superintendent Bob Bartlett and Drainage
Superintendent/Chief Building Official Dwayne Daniel.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 2, 2002
Councillor Evanitski noted that the Resolutions for Items 9.1(g) and 12 were not
approved unanimously.

Drainage Act, 1990.

"THAT Council instructs staff to address the shortfall of the OMAFRA drainage
grant by applying the sum of $1,218 to all drainage costs incurred by the
Municipality rather than to each individual drain;
AND THAT in future years, drainage maintenance grants be applied in the same
manner as stated above.
