Box 160, 9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday, March 6, 2003 7:00 p.m. Public Meetings(7:30 & 7:45 p.m.) The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2003 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors Matt Schafer and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle Kruger, and Clerk Lynda Millard. The Co-ordinator of Planning Michael Graves, Fire Chief Sam Taylor, Straffordville Acting Station Chief Perry Grant and Fire Association representative Ralph Jennings were in attendance in regard to their respective reports. John Stewart was present regarding the Public Meetings. Councillor David Mason was absent. 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2.
