Box 160, 9344 Plank Road STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO Thursday, February 20,2003 7:00 p.m. The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday,February 20, 2003 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason and Matt Schafer, Administrator Kyle Kruger, and Clerk Lynda Millard. The Co-ordinator of Planning Michael Graves, Treasurer Suzanna Mantel, and Water/Wastewater Superintendent Ed Roloson. Were in attendance to present their respective reports. Councillor Cliff Evanitski was absent. 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF None 3. Acre "THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham receive report D2003-08; AND THAT Council recommend to the Elgin County Land Division Committee that the severance application E7/03, by Wade Spitzke and John Lokker be approved for the reasons contained in report D2003-08 subject to the applicants deeding 20 feet of frontage on both the severed and retained parcels to the municipality, and subject to the applicants connecting to the sanitary sewer system." Mason "THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham receive report D2003-10; AND THAT Council recommend to the Elgin County Land Division Committee that the severance application E2/03, by Anna and William Knelsen be denied; AND THAT the remaining lots on this property be developed through a plan of subdivision."
