The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, February 6, 2003 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy
Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason, Matt Schafer, and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator
Kyle Kruger and Clerk Lynda Millard. Councillor Evanitski left the meeting at 10:00 p.m.

Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

$152,963 for annual enhancement costs, and $18,940 for a total capital cost;
AND FURTHER THAT Council supports the Elgin Group 2003 Budget as outlined
in the Memorandum."

System."
