Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors David Mason,Matt Schafer, and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda Millard and Co-ordinator of Planning Michael Graves. 1.
