The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Thursday, January 9, 2003 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart, Councillors
David Mason, Matt Schafer, and Cliff Evanitski, Administrator Kyle Kruger, Clerk Lynda
Millard and Co-ordinator of Planning Michael Graves. Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre was absent.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

4. DELEGATIONS
(a) 7:05 p.m. - James L. Oliver, General Manager,LPRCA was in attendance and made a
presentation regarding Drinking Water Source Protection and Walkerton. Mr. Oliver also
presented Council with a copy of the 2003 draft budget and gave a short overview.

property being 3.07 acres (1.2 hectares) from the Rural Commercial to the Rural
Residential zone submitted by Dave Yallop.

Councillor Schafer questioned the holding designation for the remaining portion of the
property rather than the former A-1 site specific. The Co-ordinator of Planning advised
that this could be addressed either way, however the P arming Consultant felt this would
be more appropriate given the proposed adoption of the new Comprehensive Zoning by-
law in the near future.

the letter of November 27th, 2002 from the Deputy Ministers of Finance and
Municipal Affairs and Housing to municipal Treasurers/Clerk-Treasurers."
