The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Bayham was held beginning at 7:00
p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2003 in Council Chambers. Present were Mayor Max Stewart,
Deputy Mayor Lynn Acre, Councillors K.C. Emerson, Mathew Schafer and Cliff Evanitski,
Administrator Kyle Kruger and Clerk Lynda Millard.
Treasurer Suzanna Mantel and Water/Wastewater Superintendent Ed Roloson were in attendance
to present their respective reports.

Mayor Max Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

law of the Township of Bayham and the site-specific Agricultural (A1-15)Zone in the

poppies and to reroute traffic in Vienna during the Armistice Parade on November 9th
between 10:15 and 11:15 a.m.

Pitt Streets in Port Burwell for the annual Armistice Parade,subject to providing
proof of liability insurance coverage;
AND THAT the Council of the Municipality of Bayham request permission from the
County of Elgin to use Wellington Street in Port Burwell between 1:30 p.m. and
2:30 p.m. and Plank Road and Edison Drive in Vienna between 10:15 a.m. and
11:30 a.m. for the Armistice Day Parades on Sunday November 9,2003;
AND THAT the Public Works Superintendent be directed to make the necessary
arrangements for traffic control and safety."
