Z625-2013 C.D.PHILLIPS BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended; THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "G", Map No. 1, by deleting from the Hamlet Residential—holding (HR[h]) Zone and adding to the Hamlet Residential(HR)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing. READ A FIRST TIME THIS 3`d DAY of OCTOBER 2013. READ A SECOND TIME THIS 3rd DAY of OCTOBER 2013.
