BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map 14 and 15 by deleting from the site specific Agricultural (A1-16) Zone, and adding to
the Rural Residential(RR)Zone and the site specific Rural Residential(RR-22)Zone,those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR and RR-22 on Schedule "A" and Schedule "B" to
this By-law,which schedules are attached to and form part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5.11
EXCEPTIONS—Agricultural (Al) Zone, by deleting subsection 5.11.16 and replacing it with the
following new subsection.
"5.11.16
5.11.16.1 Defined Area
A1-16 as shown on Schedule A", Map 15 to this By-law
5.11.16.2 Minimum Lot Area
8.3 Hectares
5.11.16.3 Minimum Lot Frontage
16.1 metres"
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7.13
EXCEPTIONS—Rural Residential(RR)Zone,by adding the following new subsection:
"7.13.22
7.13.22.1 Defined Area
RR-22 as shown on Schedule "A", Map14& 15 to this By-law
7.13.22.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
42.0 metres"
4) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 21st DAY OF FEBRUARY 2013.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 21st DAY OF FEBRUARY 2013.
READ A IRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 21st DAY OF FEBRUARY 2013.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z614-2013 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 21st day of February 2013 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 19th day of March 2013 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk. The zoning satisfies the condition of consents E73-75/12 and E77/12.
By-law No. Z614-2013 is in full force and effect.
