HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z608-2012 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. Z608-2012 MORRISON BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map 58, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone, and adding to the site specific Agricultural (A1-28) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al- 28 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By- law. 2) THAT By-law No. 05-27, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5.11 EXCEPTIONS—Agricultural (Al) Zone,by adding the following new subsection. "5.11.28 5.11.28.1 Defined Area A1-28 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 58 to this By-law 5.11.28.2 Minimum Lot Area 9.2 hectares 3) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 14th day of August 2012 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of the Clerk.
