BY-LAW NO.Z605-2012
HIGHWAY MEADOWS
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. 2456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map 14, by deleting from the Mobile Home Park (MH)Zone, and adding to the site specific
Mobile Home Park(MH-2) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked MH-2 on
Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. 05-27, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 12.11
EXCEPTIONS—Mobile Home Park(MH)Zone,by adding the following new subsection.
"12.11.2
12.11.2.1 Defined Area
MH-2 as shown on Schedule "A"to this By-law
12.11.2.2 Permitted Uses
Modular Dwelling, in addition to the existing permitted uses in the
Mobile Home Park(MH)Zone
12.11.2.3 Supplementary ReMulations
a) Maximum Ground Floor Area: 130 m2
b) Maximum number of bedrooms per dwelling unit: two(2)
c) Prohibited Uses: The use of any basement or cellar space for living
area, except that such space may be used for storage and mechanical
purposes."
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.

I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z605-2012 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 24th day of January 2013 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the PIanning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 19th day of February 2013 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office
of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z605-2012 is in full force and effect.
