BY-LAW NO. Z602-2012

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary
to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule 'A', Map No. 60, by deleting from the Agricultural (A 1) Zone and adding to the
Special Agricultural Residential (A2) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and
marked A2 on Schedule "A" to this By-Iaw, which schedule is attached to and forms part
of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule 'A',Map No. 60, by deleting from the Agricultural (A 1) Zone and adding to the
Site Specific Rural Residential (RR-20) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines
and marked RR-20 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and
forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 7 Rural Residential (RR) Zone Regulations, by adding the following new
subsection:
"7.13.20
7.13.20.1 Defined Area
RR-20 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 60 to this by-law.
7.13.20.2 Front Yard Depth, Existing Dwelling
10 metres
7.13.20.3 Rear Yard Depth, Existing Shed
10 metres
7.13.20.4 Prohibited Uses
Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 7.11.1 of this By-
law, the keeping of livestock shall be prohibited."
4) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 15th DAY OF MARCH 2012.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF MARCH 2012.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z602-2012 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 15th day of March 2012 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 10th day of April 2012 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk. The zoning satisfies the condition of consent E104/l 1.
By-law No. Z602-2012 is in full force and effect.
