BY-LAW NO. Z601-2012

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
'A', Map No. 61, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Site Specific
Rural Residential (RR-19) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-19 on
Schedule 'A' to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
'A', Map No. 61, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Site Specific
Special Agricultural (A2-7) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2-7 on
Schedule 'B' to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6
Special Agricultural(A2)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"6.11.7
6.11.7.1 Defined Area
A2-7 as shown on Schedule"A", Map 61 to this by-law.
6.11.7.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
118 metres"
4) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7
Rural Residential(RR)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"7.13.19
7.13.19.1 Defined Area
RR-19 as shown on Schedule "A",Map 61 to this by-law.
7.13.19.2 Minimum Front Yard Depth
5 metres
7.13.19.3 Accessory Building Maximum Floor Area
Existing Barn 281 m2
7.13.19.4 Prohibited Uses
Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 7.11.1 of this By-law, the
keeping of livestock shall be prohibited"
5) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z601-2012 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the426th day of January 2012 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 21st day of February 2012 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of the
Clerk. The zoning satisfies the condition of consent E5/11.
By-law No.Z601-2012 is in full force and effect.
