BY-LAW NO.Z600-2012
HOUSEKEEPING
BEING A HOUSEKEEPING BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
'A',Map No. 17, by deleting from the Rural Industrial Exception(M2-14) zone and adding to the
Rural Industrial Exception (M2-10) zone those lands which are outlined in heavy solid lines and
marked"M2-10"on Schedule 'A' to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of
this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Schedule 'A',
Map No. 3, in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 'B' to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Schedule 'A',
Map No. 22, in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 'C' to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Schedule 'A',
Map No. 29, in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 'D' to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
5) THAT By-Iaw No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Schedule 'A',
Map No. 37, in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule `E' to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
6) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Schedule 'D',
Map No. 2 Eden, in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 'F' to this By-law, which schedule
is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
7) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
'F', Map No. 4 Straffordville, by adding new lots to the Residential (R1) zone those lands which
are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked "Rl" on Schedule `G' to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
8) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
Map No. 1 Vienna, by adding a new lot to the Residential (R1) zone those lands which are
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked "Rl"on Schedule 'H' to this By-law,which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
9) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting Schedule `I',
Map No. 4 Port Burwell, in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule `I' to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
10) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 21
Rural Industrial(M2)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"21.10.10
21.10.10.1 Defined Area
M2-10 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 17 to this By-law.
21.10.10.2 Minimum Lot Area
1.8 hectares".
11) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
4.32 Parking Requirements Zone Regulations,by deleting the following:
"Warehouse use One(1)parking space per 10.0 m2 of gross floor area"
and replacing it with:
"Warehouse use One(I)parking space per 100.0 m2 of gross floor area"
12) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 2"d DAY OF FEBRUARY 2012.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 2"d DAY OF FEBRUARY 2012.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2"d DAY OF FEBRUARY 2012.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z600-2012 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 2nd day of February 2012 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 28th day of February 2012 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office
of the Clerk. The zoning satisfies the condition of consent E5/11.
By-law No. Z600-2012 is in full force and effect.
