BY-LAW NO. Z598-2011

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule 'A', Map No. 39, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al)Zone and adding to the
Site Specific Rural Residential (RR-7) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and
marked RR-7 on Schedule 'A' to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms
part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule 'A',Map No. 39, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the
Site Specific Agricultural (A1-27) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and
marked A1-27 on Schedule `B' to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms
part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5 Agricultural (A1/A1-A) Zone Regulations, by adding the following new
subsection:
"5.11.27
5.11.27.1 Defined Area
A1-27 as shown on Schedule"A", Map 30 to this by-law.
5.11.27.2 Minimum Lot Area
13.8 hectares
5.11.27.3 Minimum Lot Frontage
121 metres."
4) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or

b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z598-2011 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 3rd day of November 2011 was given in the manner and form and to
the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
Section 34 of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 29th day of November 2011 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office
of the Clerk. The zoning satisfies the condition of consent E70/11.
By-law No. Z598-2011 is in full force and effect.
