BY-LAW NO.Z593-2011

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map No. 19, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al-A) Zone and adding to the Rural
Residential (RR)Zone, those lands which are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-18 on
Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map No. 19, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al-A) Zone and adding to the Special
Agricultural (A2) Zone, those lands which are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2 on
Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map No. 20, by deleting from the Agricultural (A l-A) Zone and adding to the Special
Agricultural (A2) Zone, those lands which are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2 on
Schedule"B"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7
Rural Residential(RR-18)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"7.13.18
7.13.18.1 Defined Area
RR-18 as shown on Schedule"A", Map 19 to this by-law.
7.13.18.2 Prohibited Uses
Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 7.11.1 of this By-law, the
keeping of livestock shall be prohibited."
5) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval,of the
Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 18`h DAY OF AUGUST 2011.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18th DAY OF AUGUST 2011.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z593-2011 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 18th day of August 2011 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34
of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 13th day of September 2011 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office
of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z593-2011 is in full force and effect.
