BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-
law No. Z456-2003,as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"I",Map No.
6,by removing the holding[h]symbol from the Village Residential(R1-7[h])Zone,on those lands outlined
in heavy solid lines and marked R1-7 on Schedule "A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and
forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending subsection 10.12.7,by
modifying the subsection as follows:
"10.12.7
10.12.7.1 Defined Area
R1-7 as shown on Schedule I, Map 6 to this By-law
10.12.7.2 Minimum Lot Area
400 m2
10.12.7.3 Minimum Lot Frontage
11 metres"
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by
the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF September 2010.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF September 2010.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2"d DAY OF September 2010.

I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z583-2010 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 2'd day of September 2010 was given in the manner and form and to
the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
Section 34(18)of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 28th day of September 2010 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office
of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z583-2010 is in full force and effect.
