BY-LAW NO.Z561-2008

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.70,by adding Temporary(T4)Zone regulations to the Agricultural(Al)Zone,which lands
are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1IT4 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 29 -
Temporary(T)Zone,by modifying subsection 29.4.7 as follows:
"29.4.14 A1IT4 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 70,a second supplementary
farm dwelling unit,for a period not exceeding three(3)years ending
May 15,2011"
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 15`h DAY OF May 2008.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 15th DAY OF May 2008.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF May 2008.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z561-2008 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 15th day of May 2008 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 9th day of June 2008 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z561-2008 is in full force and effect.
