BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND
BY-LAW NO. 2013-110
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MUNICIPAL
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND TO REPEAL 2014-039 (re appointing municipal officers & employees)
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities
may appoint officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did on December 19, 2013 pass By-
law 2013-110 appointing officers and employees;
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-laws 2014-006 and 2014-
034 amend By-law 2013-110;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and
expedient to further amend By-law 2013-110 to add the name of Paul Shipway as
Administrator / Deputy Clerk / Deputy Treasurer / Alternate Community Emergency
Management Co-ordinator and remove the name of Sharon Larmour as the Acting
Administrator/Treasurer/Tax Collector.
AND WHEREAS By-law 2014-039 regarding appointment of municipal officers & employees
was numbered in error;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT changes be made to the offices/positions and/or employees appointed to act in
the capacity provided in the Municipality of Bayham for the purpose of administering
and where applicable enforcing municipal by-laws and Provincial Statutes and
Regulations associated with each position and the approved job descriptions are to be
fulfilled as follows:

2. THAT the name of Sharon Larmour be removed as Acting Administrator;

2. THAT By-law 2014-039 regarding appointment of municipal officers&employees
be hereby repealed, effective upon enactment of this by-law;
4. THAT in all other aspects this by-law shall come into force and take effect on May
6, 2014;
5. AND THAT in all other aspects By-law 2013-110, as amended, shall remain in full
force and effect.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 1st day
of May 2014.
