BY-LAW NO.2013-037
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2013-001
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2013-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS there were Council positions left vacant due to the calling of a by-election to fill the
position of Deputy Mayor;
AND WHEREAS the position of Deputy Mayor has now been filled;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is now desirous to fill
these vacant positions;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Council member representative be filled as follows:
Museums Bayham Board Alternate Cliff Evanitski,
Joint Otter Valley Utility Corridor and Recreation Trail Cliff Evanitski,
Wind Interpretive Centre Workgroup Cliff Evanitski,
Bayham Cenotaph Committee Alternate Cliff Evanitski,
Elgin Trans Canada Trail Committee Cliff Evanitski,
Harbourfront Committee Cliff Evanitski;
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2012-001 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18TH DAY
OF APRIL 2013.
